**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator.
- Outgoing personality and excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Excellent self-presentation skills.
- Exceptional telephone skills.
- Customer centric oriented.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work independently.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Present and thoroughly discuss treatment plans.**:

- **Explain insurance benefits.**:

- **Present and discuss fees and make financial arrangements.**:

- **Follow up with accounts.**:

- **Schedules patient appointments to meet daily and weekly practice goals, handle patient finances, maintains patient records, coordinates patient flow, correspond with government insurances.**:

- **Directly contribute to the success and profitability of the office through effective treatment coordinating, account follow-up, appointment scheduling, accounts collections and outstanding patient service.**:

- **Coordinate intra-office and inter-office schedules and appointments.**:

- **Maintain Hygiene Recall system (working alongside Hygiene Coordinator).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
