This is a hybrid position. You will work from our headquarters 3 days per week in Ottawa, Canada.

**About the team**:
Our Global HR Services Hub team is a trusted partner in delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle support, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing HR data changes. We provide timely, accurate, and thoughtful guidance to employees and managers - resolving both routine and more nuanced HR matters that require deeper expertise and collaboration. Using ServiceNow as our central platform, we manage employee interactions and support the administration of HR policies. Our team is committed to delivering a seamless, responsive, and empowering experience that supports employees and managers throughout their journey at Kinaxis.

About the role:
**What you will do**:

- Lead the management of all HR data change processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while driving improvements in workflows and promoting self-service adoption
- Respond to Tier 2 inquiries within your area of expertise, providing thoughtful and timely support to employees and managers
- Support global business travel and visa processes, including preparing support letters, advising on travel requirements, and coordinating with third-party vendors
- Collaborate with the Global Mobility Lead to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for employees relocating or travelling internationally
- Perform a range of HR tasks such as new hire and onboarding administration, benefits administration, creating standard reports, and termination administration.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Services Hub procedures and guidelines
- Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards, metrics, and reports
- Perform a variety of HR transactional and administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, generating reports, assisting with audits, and publishing HR content
- Lead or support special projects and initiatives focused on process improvement, self-service, and technology implementation
- Partner with regional HR teams to enhance procedures and systems while helping to establish and maintain global standards
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and HR innovation

**What we are looking for**:

- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or Shared services, ideally in a fast-paced, global tech environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle events, with a strong focus on data accuracy and a customer service mindset
- Proven experience managing HR data changes (e.g., job changes, transfers, compensation updates) with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees and managers across all levels
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for enhancement
- Experience with HRIS and Case Management (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow)
- College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or relevant experience
