**Position Description**

**Job Title: Vehicle Merchandiser**
**Reports to: Sales Manager(s), General Sales Manager**

As a Vehicle Merchandiser, you'll play a crucial role in showcasing our exceptional vehicles to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to use your creativity and attention to detail to drive clients to our amazing dealership located in the heart of our growing community

In this role, you'll be responsible for presenting and displaying our inventory in the most appealing way possible. Your attention to detail and urgency in assisting our marketing department, both online and at the facility, will assist our Sales Team with being able to properly present our product at its highest level.

From capturing captivating photos to writing compelling descriptions, you'll help create an immersive and enticing experience for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Photograph the exterior and interior of all pre-owned vehicles
- Upload and update dealership website with fresh photos of New & Pre-Owned vehicles
- Utilize image capture technology to facilitate photo shoot process
- Create and edit customized vehicle videos for website upload
- Write vehicle descriptions and headlines for showcase via website
- Utilize organizational tracking technology to manage reconditioning process and timelines
- Provide coordination between Service Department and Sales Department for reconditioning
- Coordinate with third party vendors for off-site repairs, warranty work and general reconditioning
- Find creative advertising solutions via our Dealership Social Media platforms
- Assist our Lot Attendants with location and display strategies
- General duties as assigned

**Core Competencies**:

- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent computer software skills and adaptability
- Must be able to type with speed and accuracy
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs minimum
- Must be able to positively engage with service department, sales staff and management
- Must maintain a professional appearance and valid provincial drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
