EXPERIENCE:
Not necessary. We train for how we clean overall, as well as for each location. Although it's great if you have already learned to clean your own stuff :)

MUSTS:

- The ability to prioritize tasks. These are large, 24/7 facilities, so we work around staff on-site and nothing is ever clean for very long. We can't do every task there, every day, but we can't leave things looking like we didn't attend to them.
- The ability and willingness to hustle - this is related to the first Must-Have item. You will get your daily steps in at these jobs You need to be able to economize your steps, and hustle, to be able to chip away at the work that needs done.
- Phone (apps: Jobber, Cliq), data plan.
- Positive attitude, reliable, detail-oriented.
- Criminal Record Check required if hired
- Safety / Steel-toed / Composite shoes or boots required if hired
- Driver's license, and your own vehicle are required for any shifts that are part of our usual evening / weekend work

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- 20/20 vision or wear up-to-date eyewear
- ability to lift heavy garbage into outdoor bins
- ability to ascend and descend stairs with supplies

PAY: Can quickly earn above minimum for staff who are reliable and do quality work. We appreciate our staff

ADVANCEMENT: We are a growing company and staff whose work is consistently of high quality and who are reliable may be asked to take on more responsibility, for higher pay.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
