In this role, you will: *
- Govern and help scale our fleet of Mobile Device Management (MDM) - connected Mac devices
- Operationalize and automate the endpoint lifecycle, streamlining the onboarding and offboarding process for our employees
- Act as the first line of support for team members with troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues related to endpoint devices
- Identify and fulfill opportunities within IT Operations to eliminate repetitive manual work through tools, integrations, and automation
- Configure and maintain systems for automated SaaS account provisioning (i.e. OKTA and related tools)

**What you will bring to this role**:

- Passion and experience for endpoint security best practices
- Experience with identity management and SaaS account provisioning automation
- Ability to configure and implement Mobile Device Management MDM tools (JAMF, Addigy, Intune, Jumpcloud)
- Proficiency with scripting in any of the following or similar languages (Python, Shell)

**Bonus abilities you will bring to this role**:

- A certification in an MDM tool (JAMF, Addigy, Intune, Jumpcloud, etc.)
- Exposure to our current technology stack: Infrastructure as code (Terraform) and code-based configuration tools (Ansible)
- Prior experience with administering some of our current technology stack or willingness to learn: OKTA, Confluence, JIRA, Slack, Zoom, Google workspace
