**Qualifications**:

- Must currently hold a valid Telehandler certificate.
- CSTS, Fall Protection, and Aerial Work Platform certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in structural erection or related construction field.
- High Attention to detail, organized.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of structural ironworking techniques, including rigging, steel erection, and tool maintenance.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor and work at heights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Positive attitude and the ability to maintain optimism and enthusiasm, even in challenging situations.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment, respecting and valuing the contributions of all team members.

**Duties**:

- Perform structural ironworking tasks such as cutting and bolting steel components together according to specifications, as well as material unloading and handling.
- Work from heights in all weather conditions, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project plans and schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Overtime required: ensure projects are completed on time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2C 3H3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
