**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Engage in inside sales activities, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly to drive business development.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales techniques and improve overall performance.
- Negotiate terms of sale with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred, with a focus on technology or technical sales being a plus.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, inside sales, or business development roles will be beneficial.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are key attributes for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
