**Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons in Ottawa. This role is vital in ensuring smooth cafe operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading our team to deliver outstanding service that aligns with our brand values.
**Responsibilities**
**Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring adherence to quality standards.**
- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain POS systems.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement health and safety regulations within the café.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff performance.
- **Qualifications**
**Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a fast-paced environment.**
- Strong management skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a passion for hospitality.
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively and ensure quality control.
- Experience in training staff on best practices in food handling and safety.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Pay: $19.95 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
