**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Team BOco. as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will work alongside your other team members to complete the common goal. If you want to get outside this summer, work hard, and enjoy both your time at work and off work, we'd love to hear from you

**Duties**:
Work alongside your team to complete the task at hand. This may include:

- Installing plant material and trees
- Mulching and river rock
- Installing sod
- Garden maintenance including lawn mowing, weeding, property clean up
- Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite
- Using hand tools and power tools as needed (no experience required)
- Bringing a positive attitude to site

**Experience**:

- No experience necessary
- The BOco. team will walk you through a training session that outlines all the information and skills you will need for the job
- People with previous experience paid accordingly
