**Overview**
We are seeking a mature, motivated and friendly Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food service and cashiering tasks. You will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation and handling.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Cashiering experience with an understanding of basic financial transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others as needed.
