Together, we can redefine the financial world. **Position Summary** The Marketing Operations Specialist will oversee the creation, execution, measurement, and optimization of outbound marketing campaigns and automated flows that will help our team reach its goals. **As a Marketing Operations Specialist your key accountabilities will involve**: - Collaborate with other marketers to ensure marketing execution meets desired outcomes and needs. - Monitor outbound campaign results on core KPIs to help identify areas of improvement. - Work with the Demand Gen team in brainstorming ways to optimize campaigns. - Successfully leverage strong project management skills and the ability to think/problem-solve analytically, especially in using data to meet direct marketing objectives. - Maintain data integrity within our marketing automation platform. - Proactively identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-sale process and formulate solutions to increase pipeline velocity. - Stay up to date on and well-versed in requirements and restrictions for GDPR, PIPL, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and CCPA/CPRA to ensure compliance. **As Marketing Operations Specialist your experience and qualifications will include**: - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Very strong attention to detail. - A fast and capable learner who has a passion for constantly improving your skills. - Ability to multi-task, set measurable objectives, and manage defined timelines. - Able to adapt to the quickly changing pace of a dynamic environment. - Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision under tight deadlines. - Positive attitude, proud of work, driven, with a strong work ethic. - Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment and with users, executives, clients and vendors. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Mathematics or comparable business degree a plus. **What we have to offer**: - Competitive salary plus company shares. - Matching RRSP. - Extended benefits, Employee Assistance Program, life insurance, AD&D, LTD. - 3 weeks of paid vacation. - Foodee lunch program for days you are in the office. - We often get together for company-wide social events. - Conveniently located close to transit. - Parking expenses covered, 1 time per week. - Cell phone stipend. - Internet stipend. **_ *Note - this is a Hybrid position and will require you to be on site three days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.*_** **#LI-KR2** Companies like Twitch, Twitter, GoDaddy, and Roblox entrust Tipalti to scale their business rapidly and dramatically reduce finance friction.
