**Job Responsibilities - Hardscape & Property Maintenance Technician**

We’re looking for a responsible, self-sufficient individual who takes pride in their work and can complete tasks efficiently without constant supervision. You must be able to follow instructions, problem-solve on-site, and work both independently and as part of a team. Below are the key responsibilities of this role:
**1. Hardscaping & Construction**
- Install concrete paver patios, walkways, and driveways with proper grading and base preparation.
- Build retaining walls using block, natural stone, or other materials, ensuring structural integrity.
- Excavate and install French drains and other drainage solutions to prevent water pooling.
- Prepare and compact bases for patios, driveways, and retaining walls to industry standards.
- Use tools and machinery such as plate compactors, cutoff saws, and skid steers safely and efficiently.

**2. Landscaping & Property Maintenance**
- Install sod, mulch, and garden beds while ensuring proper soil preparation.
- Edge and grade properties for a clean and finished look.
- Perform seasonal property cleanups, including leaf removal, pruning, and general site maintenance.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely, including trimmers, edgers, and tillers.

**3. Tree Services**
- Prune, trim, and remove trees and shrubs using proper techniques for safety and tree health.
- Operate chainsaws, pole saws, and stump grinders when necessary.
- Assist in tree planting and transplanting with proper soil preparation.
- Safely remove tree debris and ensure site cleanliness after work.

**4. Exterior Maintenance**
- Perform pressure washing for driveways, walkways, and outdoor surfaces.
- Clean gutters and downspouts to prevent drainage issues.
- Wash exterior windows to enhance property appearance.

**5. Equipment & Job Site Management**
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, performing basic mechanical repairs as needed.
- Keep job sites clean and organized throughout projects.
- Transport materials and supplies efficiently and safely.
- Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality.

**What We Expect from You**:

- Must be **self-motivated** and able to complete tasks without constant supervision.
- Must follow instructions carefully and problem-solve when challenges arise.
- Must have a strong work ethic and a professional attitude toward clients and team members.
- Must have a **valid driver’s license** and **reliable transportation** to job sites.
- Must be physically capable of lifting 100+ lbs and working outdoors in various conditions.
- Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, and property maintenance is **mandatory**.
