CNC Machinist

**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and products according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform basic programming tasks using CAM software.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals are met.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience operating CNC machines.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience working with a variety of materials, including plastics, metals, and composites.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a diversified work environment and take on new challenges.
