Job Overview:
We are seeking a Fence and deck installer to join our team. As a Fence and deck installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of fences and decks for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position would convert to indoor residential renovations during the winter months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair fences according to project specifications
- Measure and mark fence lines, ensuring accurate placement
- Attach rails, pickets, or panels to the posts using appropriate tools
- Cut and shape materials as needed to fit the desired design
- Ensure fences are level, plumb, and structurally sound
- Remove old or damaged fences as necessary
- Clean up work area and dispose of debris properly

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of fence installation techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for fence installation
- Experience with tile laying, flooring installation, drywall, welding, caulking, construction painting, or related skills is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
