The Parts Lead is a self driven and accountable individual who focuses on ensuring that the parts required for repairs are order, received and storing parts appropriately and delivering to the technicians when they are required allowing the technicians to focus on tasks productive to the vehicle.

The Parts Leads’ area of focus includes (but is not limited to):

- Ensuring the parts receiving areas remain clean and organized at all times.
- Ensuring parts are stored correctly and delivered to the technician as required.
- Parts quotes / orders are diligently resolved to ensure mínimal lag time between steps in the process.
- Ensuring that paperwork is management properly and processed within the time expectations of the role.

Requirements for the Position
- Valid drivers’ licence and safe driving record
- Fundamental computer skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- 1 year of working in an autobody shop, preferred but we will train

In addition to ensuring parts are stored correctly and the facility is properly maintained the Parts Lead is a team player who is aligned with the Gateway Autobody Vision and Mission statements and supporting of the overall efforts of the facility to provide the customer with an ‘on-time’ delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
