**RAPS is Seeking a Full Time HCA to Assist a Pediatric Client with a Tracheostomy and Developmental Delay (A45)**

**Location**: SW Edmonton (Rutherford Area)

**Hours / Days**: Wednesday and Thursday evening 3:30 pm to 7:30pm & Friday and Saturday overnight awake from 9 pm to 8 am (30 hours total)

**Rate Of Pay**: $20-21.00/Hour

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Duties include but are not limited to client handling and transfer, changing diapers as needed, suctioning, g-tube preparation and feeding, ROM exercises, bathing, dressing, checking vital signs, tracheostomy care, ventilator operation/care, medical inventory checks, disinfecting of all equipment and surroundings, operation/care of oxygen machine, operation/care of cold nebulizer machine.

**QUALIFICATIONS**: Must have a recent criminal record check and experience working with pediatric clients is a strong asset. Training will be provided and having a driver’s license and vehicle is considered an asset as busing is limited in the area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
