As a Client Care & Project Coordinator, you will be the face of Custom Sign Lab, ensuring an exceptional customer journey. You will work closely with clients, nurturing relationships and enhancing their brand experiences through our creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain industry and product knowledge specific to Custom Sign Lab offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Conduct consultations to recommend the best solutions for prospects
- Handle estimates, invoices, and accounts receivable using QuickBooks
- Ensure quality control and timeline management for projects
- Collaborate with management to refine estimation and bid strategies
- Maintain organized client files and a clean office environment

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education preferred
- Experience in the sign industry or manufacturing/fabrication
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
