Position Summary:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and clienteling. They must have strong product and brand knowledge. In additional to meeting personal and store sales goals, they will also participate in visual merchandising, stock processing and replenishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Build a clientele of repeat customers.
- Achieve personal sales goals and KPI targets.
- Participate in visual merchandising skills.
- Assist with stock processing and sales floor replenishment.
- Strong understanding of fashion and product knowledge.
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle customer transactions.

Qualifications:

- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have flexible schedule.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.

Résumé du poste:
L'associé(e) aux ventes sera chargé(e) de fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Il doit avoir une bonne connaissance des produits et des marques. En plus d'atteindre ses propres objectifs de vente et ceux du magasin, il participera également au marchandisage visuel, au traitement des stocks et au réapprovisionnement.

Responsabilités:

- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Construire une clientèle de clients réguliers.
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente personnels et les objectifs KPI.
- Participer au merchandising visuel.
- Participer à la gestion des stocks et au réapprovisionnement de la surface de vente.
- Bonne compréhension de la mode et connaissance des produits.
- Capacité à utiliser un système de point de vente et à gérer les transactions avec les clients.

Qualifications:

- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle.
- Bonne communication et compétences interpersonnelles.
- Doit avoir un horaire flexible.
- Doit avoir au moins un an d'expérience dans la vente au détail.
