**Overview of Position**:
The Fabric Building Installer will be responsible for travelling to the building installation site to install our Britespan fabric buildings for various contracts. Shifts are up to 21 days on 10 to 12 hours a day 7 to 10 days off.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Have reliable transportation to travel to and from various worksites to install fabric buildings, for extended periods of time
- Must be comfortable working heights - requirement required
- Review building packing slips for correct quantity and type of building components
- Installation of foundation for building which varies project to project
- Assembling steel components of building structure
- Mechanical pulling of tensioning the fabric over the building structure
- Reading blueprints
- Operating machinery (Telehandlers / Aerial lifts)
- Daily use of power tools and hand tools
- Must follow safety procedures and wear appropriate construction site PPE required for the job and be responsible for keeping job sites clean and safe
- Have attention to detail and accuracy with precision measurements
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet construction deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2 years' experience in the installation of fabric buildings and / or;
- 2 years' experience in the installation of steel buildings and / or;
- 2 years' experience in construction
- Requirement - working heights
- Reliable transportation, and valid driver's license - drivers abstract may be required
- Telehandler certification
- Fall Protection certification
- Elevated Work Platform certification
- Reliable and dependable

**Minimum or Other Qualifications**:

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working with a COR registered company
- Experience with a forklift
- Have attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communicator

**Work conditions**:
Travel to and from worksites, ability to lift 75+ lbs, ability to carry 50+ lbs, walking, standing, working heights, working outdoors, required safety equipment, hazards associated with the trade, construction sites, noise, irregular hours, drug, and alcohol testing.

**Location**:
Travel to various worksites across Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
