Based in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Common Ground is a new, unique service provider, supporting individuals with various disabilities and mental health challenges in a living environment that is person-centered, empowering, and fulfilling for both clients and personal-support workers. **Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- A two-year diploma in a human services-related field **preferred**:

- Core competency - Non-violent Crisis Intervention, Medication Awareness, Fire and Life Safety, Health and Personal Care, Behavioral Supports **is an asset.**:

- Standard First Aid/CPR level C, Food Handlers are **required** **by the applicant.**:

- Have a valid driver’s license
- Updated Vulnerable Sector Record and Criminal Record Check.
- Experience working with people with multiple diagnoses that have varying levels of behavioral challenges **is an asset**.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00/ per hour
