In order for you to help us achieve our goal, you must be friendly, conscientious, flexible, open-minded, honest, responsible, motivated and most of all enthusiastic.
- General*
The #1 priority, at all times, is the Customer.
Actively engage in dialogue with all customers to build a relationship and loyalty.
Be familiar with your store, enabling you to assist customers and aid in marketing Little Short Stop products and promotions.
Resolve product or customer service problems by acknowledging and clarifying the issue, then selecting, explaining and executing the best solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Merchandising*
To provide an amazing customer experience:
Keep shelves stocked & organized.
Receive, merchandise and store deliveries in a prompt manner to minimize the impact to customers.
Report out of stocks, low stock levels and customer requests in order to better meet our customer's needs.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the entire store.
- Administration*
Accurately record all transactions, tenders, and hours worked.
Ensure the Store Manager is made aware of any operating discrepancies.
- Personnel*
Actively recruit future team members.
Advise your Store Manager of any situations having an impact on store performance.
- Health & Safety*
Actively participate in promoting Health and Safety in our workplace by:
Following the Occupational Health and Safety Act as it relates to you.
Understanding and living the Little Short Stop Health and Safety Manual.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
COVID-19 considerations:
Touch points sanitized frequently. Clear barrier installed between cashier and customers; hand sanitizer readily available. Maintain 6' physical distance.
Ability to commute/relocate:
