**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation meets food safety regulations. Must carry valid Canadian Food Handler certificate, otherwise please don’t apply.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Follow proper food handling techniques to minimize waste and ensure quality.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, particularly in pizza making.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
