We are looking for a Shipping Supervisor responsible for providing support to our shipping team.

**Reporting directly to the Shipping Manager, the Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for**:

- Managing the incoming flow of finished product into the shipping area.
- Making sure the handling, packaging and loading procedures are followed.
- Scheduling fleets pickup with carriers.
- Training and the safety of the shipping staff.
- Planning resources and execute to the shipping schedule on a daily basis.
- Maintaining accuracy of inventory and location.
- Supporting Accounting with Month end activities and tracking delivery cost.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education with an emphasis in Supply Chain will be considered an asset but not necessary.
- Shipping experience in a manufacturing setting is an asset.
- Previous leadership experience of 1 year.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong computer knowledge and experience with Excel.
