Responsibilities:

- Provide hair styling services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired outcomes
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients based on their individual needs
- Upsell additional salon services to enhance the client's experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Sanitize tools and equipment after each use
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Strong retail sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen to clients' needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Proficient in a variety of hair styling techniques and trends
- Knowledgeable about different hair care products and their benefits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
