Langford, Canada The Woof Pack Walking Services Full time

Woof Pack is hiring and are looking for a reliable dog walker We need someone who is an experienced dog walker that can handle 8 dogs both on and off leash. Current hours are 8:30am - 2:30pm that will transition to full time in the coming months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of advanced dog obedience
- Able to successfully recall all dogs in their pack
- Practice safety protocols
- Pick up and drop off all dogs in the allotted time slots
- Hike in all weather conditions
- Understands the special requirements of each dog
- Ensure dogs safety at all times
- Be able to work a smart phone to take photos and communicate with clients

**Qualifications**:

- Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers record
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of dog behavior and body language
- Have the ability to pass a criminal background check
- Great communication skills
- Affirmative and calm presence to handle dogs
- Comfortable working with various breeds and sizes of dogs
- MUST LOVE DOGS

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dog walking: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (Class 5) (required)
