Production Technician- Chassis Prep Mechanical

"Do you want to manufacture a vehicle that saves lives?" **Role**: Production Technician - Chassis Prep - Mechanical **Location**: Saskatoon **Work Schedule**: Night Shift Monday to Thursday 5:45 pm to 4:15 am. Crestline Coach is a long-established family orientated organization in Saskatoon, SK, that has grown to become North America's leading ambulance manufacturer Crestline Coach has strong values that align with our culture that demonstrate a customer-centric focus, leadership, integrity, family spirit, and excellence in all we do. **As a Chassis Prep - Mechanical, you will be able to**: - Remove OEM suspension components. - Install liquid spring suspension kits or other comparable systems. - Ensure accurate mechanical alignment and securement of new suspension systems. - Install auxiliary air conditioning compressors, including mechanical mounting and belt alignments. - Install alternators and related brackets, wiring, and hardware. - Conduct underhood mechanical modifications to accommodate new systems (removing and reinstalling parts as needed). - Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met - Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance. - Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements. - Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices. - Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. - Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time. **Benefits we offer**: - 4X10 schedule - Job stability - Coverall & Boot allowance - Prescription safety glasses program - Social Committee events: breakfasts, lunches, monthly birthday treats and more - Free electrified parking - Free 24/7 access for you and your family to an online doctor - Group benefits Plan (Health, Dental, AD&D, Life Insurance and Disability) - Monthly employee newsletters - Open door policy to encourage employee questions or concerns. - RRSP & eligible for Pension after 1 year of employment **Note**: Journeyman papers are not required.
