We’re expanding our team and are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious **Tower Rigger** to join us in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical telecom systems.

We are seeking a dedicated **Tower Rigger** to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications towers and associated equipment. You’ll work at various heights, ensuring the safe and proper functioning of antennas, cables, and other communication devices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Climb and work on towers to install, repair, and maintain telecommunications equipment.
- Perform rigging and cable installation, ensuring secure and proper connections.
- Conduct routine inspections of towers and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any equipment or structural issues.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to minimize risks while working at heights.
- Collaborate with ground crews to ensure seamless communication during tower operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of work completed, including maintenance and repairs.

**Qualifications**
- Experience as a tower rigger or similar role in telecommunications.
- Comfortable working at heights, sometimes exceeding 100 feet.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques and safety standards for telecommunications work.
- Familiarity with telecommunication systems and equipment installation.
- Valid certifications in fall protection, tower climbing, and rigging (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 40 per week
