Over the past eight years, we have sold over 6 million of our signature crispy burgers (Roujiamo) in more than 100 locations in China and quickly became a popular spot for those who have the need for great food and service. Now, we are expanding our operation globally and Canada is where we started our journey

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our brand and products, engage with customers, and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Introduce and showcase Bingz products to customers in a positive and engaging manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
- Greet and interact with passersby, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere around our brand.
- Assist the marketing team in conducting offline research and gathering valuable insights.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong ability to engage with diverse customers and create positive interactions.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and willingness to assist with research projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
