**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Salon Operations Management**
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory for high-end beauty products and salon supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Ensure all services meet the salon’s quality standards; address and resolve complaints promptly.

**2. Staff Management**
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier talent, fostering a team that embodies the salon’s brand ethos.
- Implement performance metrics (KPIs) and conduct regular reviews, ensuring staff are motivated and skilled.
- Manage staff scheduling to optimize coverage and ensure efficient operations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, personalizing their salon experience.
