**Position Overview**

Net Zero Atlantic is seeking a fulltime Project Manager to oversee a community capacity building project that is being delivered in mainland Nova Scotia and Cape Breton. Working with established Indigenous and non-Indigenous community partners, the Project Manager will oversee all aspects of community outreach and planning, communication, content development, budgeting, contracting and reporting to the project's funders.

**Net Zero Atlantic**

Net Zero Atlantic leads applied research and administers projects that enable the transition of Atlantic Canada's energy system to a carbon-neutral future through collaboration with academia, governments, private sector, Indigenous Peoples and NGOs. We facilitate collaborative research and demonstration projects that resolve key questions related to the energy transition. Our fields of interest include energy system modelling, offshore wind, hydrogen, geothermal energy, carbon sequestration and behavioural based mitigation solutions.

**The Opportunity**

As Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of a multi-year community capacity building project that will build regional renewable energy knowledge in select rural and Indigenous Nova Scotian communities.
