Access Flow Products is an innovative, privately owned company that specializes in the distribution, development, and manufacturing of high quality pipe, valves and fittings. We are a **national company** with locations across the country.

**During your first month you will pick and pack orders** while you learn about the product and the business. **You will collaborate with your team mates to accomplish each day’s goals. **As you progress we introduce you to new roles and challenges. We will find you a position in our operation that best suits your ability and supports your success.

Your compensation will grow with your contributions. **We support a merit-based pay structure, and we firmly believe in equality of compensation. ** To keep up with a fast changing world **wages are reviewed yearly.**

**Flexible Hours**:

- Full time, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
- _New hires: _**8am - 4:30pm **_or _**8:30am - 5pm**_

**Your goals will be to**:

- Pick Orders accurately and quickly with a Handheld Scanner
- Accurately prepare shipments for delivery to our customers
- Accurately count and verify incoming shipments with a Handheld Scanner
- Learn to Safely Operate an Orderpicker (Elevated Platform)
- Learn to Safely Operate a Reach Truck (Stand-up)
- Learn to Safely Operate a Counterbalance Forklift (Sit-down)
- Learn to Safely Load, Unload and Move materials

**The skills you will need to succeed**:

- Willingness to grow and develop your abilities over time
- _Reliable attendance, punctual arrival_
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a previous fast paced job, such as retail, manufacturing, or trades
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution role
- Counterbalance Forklift experience (we also train and certify)
- Orderpicker Forklift experience (we also train and certify)
- Reach Truck experience (we also train and certify)

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Safety Footwear
- Resume required

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
