**Opportunity**

Canada Drives’ Technology department is seeking a Project Delivery Team Lead (Senior Project Manager) who is a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills and who has a strong understanding of Agile & Waterfall and knows when to use them.

In this leadership role, you will be managing an agile delivery team(Scrummasters) who run the day to day of our product engineering teams. You will also be the lead project manager for any strategic projects delivered out the CTO office. This will involve working closely with the CTO and technology team leaders through the initiation, planning, execution, monitor, control, and close-out phases of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual who wants to challenge their abilities in a remote work environment and work on a variety of medium sized technical change management projects. Projects that you will be managing directly will range from things like ERP Software delivery through to IT infrastructure change management, with both internal team members and external contractors.

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate successful delivery as Project Manager, on various sized projects managing scope, schedule, and budget where applicable.
- Provide leadership and expertise to facilitate effective project meetings
- Risk and change management, scope definition, cost estimation, option analysis, requirements, etc.
- Develop project requirements and ensure projects adhere to them
- Liaise with key stakeholders in and outside of the Technology department
- Lead and career manage an existing team of Scrummasters
- Actively coach and support the career development of staff and take personal responsibility for employee engagement, retention and recruitment.
- Develop reporting and metrics for measuring your team’s success as well as the various projects you run
- Be responsible for the overall high performance of the project delivery team including operational and employee performance
- Lead employee resource planning for the Technology department
- Execute project delivery through initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, and close-out activities and other PM tasks
- Develop, track, maintain and update project reports, schedules, procurement etc, through all phases of a project
- Prepare and distribute high quality, accurate and timely documents such as : agendas, status reports, minutes, change management, and other required documentation

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of previous experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- 3+ years managing direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree in something that was interesting to you
- PM/Agile Certifications are a bonus
- Previous experience in the Software/IT industry is a must
- ERP project delivery experience is a Bonus
