We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at the Japanese Immersion Preschool in Kitsilano, Vancouver. If you have previous work experience in Japanese childcare facilities, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment for children
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and coordinate activities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and behavior

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working with children in Japanese childcare or educational setting
- Proficiency in Japanese language for lesson planning and record keeping

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
