Bowring a home décor specialty retailer is looking for FT/PT Sales Associates and Stock/Replenishment Associates who have a passion for design, customer service and retail sales.

We are seeking dynamic people to join our Team

The right individual will assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store, implement strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability, and provide excellent customer service, ensure customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient, and maintain store appearance and product presentation to company standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open/Closing store procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
- Advise customers by providing information on products
- Offer suggestions and opinions on in-store products
- Ensure store upkeep and cleanliness, including restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing are accounted for

Qualifications:

- Previous retail experience is an asset
- Ability to think critically and work independently or as a member of the team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Physical Demands:

- Ability to move and/ or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
- Comfortable with the use of ladders
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
