**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Achieving performance goals in areas like patient retention, satisfaction and experience as well as expenses, operational targets and patient, physician and staff engagement
- Ensuring company policies, processes and procedures are adhered to
- Making sure clinic equipment is well maintained and high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained
- Communicating company initiatives and values to employees and physicians
- Managing patient concerns effectively following FYidoctor’s customer service standards
- Communicating and executing strategic initiatives, including maintaining and developing our patient-first culture and reinforcing FYidoctor’s core purpose and values with staff and physicians.
- Leading by example with a ‘hands-on’ approach in identifying and responding to issues promptly
- Liaising with the Regional Coach and Home Office regarding clinic updates and changes
- Ensuring all operational reporting and metrics are well understood and completed on time
- Manages clinic staffing levels weekly as well as hiring, onboarding and training new employees when needed
- Liaising with the Regional Coach and HR for all aspects of performance management, performance reviews and progressive discipline
- Communicating Health & Safety initiatives in the clinic to ensure compliance with company policies
- Overseeing banking deposits and reconciliations and inventory management
**What Do You Have?**
- At least five years’ experience in a customer-focused retail or clinic environment
- At least two years in a management or leadership role, preferably in health care or an optical clinic
- Ability to influence behavior in relation to policy, procedure and guidelines
- A track record of excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem-solving
- A demonstrable reputation for delivering results through successful people management
- A comfort using computer software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
