**Job description**:

- Coordinate and plan with department peers to effectively and efficiently dispatch the company’s resources
- Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Update customer web portals with up-to-date load information
- Analyze resource utilization and generate reports as needed
- Cross-border trailer truck dispatcher
- Knowledge of refrigeration transport an asset.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have at least 2 years of dispatch planning experience
- Must have knowledge of dispatch software, Web portals, PC Miler, Loadlink and mastery of Outlook, excel
- Be available after hours
- Team player, energetic, work well under pressure and strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English

**Experience**:

- Cross border dispatching 3 years is required
- Preferred Loadlink 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
