Community Futures Lac La Biche is seeking a flexible and engaging instructor to deliver **1-2 hour sessions**, with some preparatory work required. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who can adapt to diverse audience needs and are interested in short-term teaching engagements.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

As an Essential Skills Instructor, you will:

- Deliver **1-2 hour sessions** on essential skill areas (e.g., communication, leadership, financial literacy)
- Prepare delivering content in advance to align with the specific needs of each audience
- Create an inclusive, engaging, and practical learning environment
- Provide real-world insights and actionable takeaways

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- Experience teaching or facilitating adult learning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Availability for **short-term, flexible teaching assignments**

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with essential skills training (e.g., employment readiness, leadership, communication)
- Experience working with **diverse learner groups**

**Compensation**
- **Hourly rate**, inclusive of instruction and preparation time
