**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform **framing, trim work, and custom carpentry** for interior renovations.
- Install and repair **doors, baseboards, crown molding, and wainscoting**.
- Execute **cabinet installation** with precision and efficiency.
- Install **flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile underlayment**.
- Construct and install **built-ins, shelving, and other storage solutions**.
- Hang and finish **drywall**, including patching and repair work.
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lift and handle materials safely while maintaining a clean and organized worksite.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Carpenter** in **residential or commercial interior renovations**.
- Strong knowledge of **carpentry techniques, tools, and materials**.
- Experience in **cabinetry, trim work, framing, drywall, and flooring**.
- Ability to work from blueprints, technical drawings, and client specifications.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work **independently and as part of a team**.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
- Must have a valid **driver’s license and reliable transportation**.
