**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement camp programs that educate and inspire campers of various age groups.
- Oversee daily operations of the camp, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely.
- Supervise camp staff, providing guidance and support throughout the camp season.
- Create schedules for activities, ensuring a balanced mix of education, recreation, and skill development.
- Maintain communication with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a secure environment for all campers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments to enhance camper experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in camp management or related educational roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and campers alike.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with campers, parents, and staff.
- A background in education or youth development is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Work Location: In person
