**Are you a passionate, ambitious hairstylist looking for the right mentorship to take your career to the next level?**

**We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, passionate and motivated in building a future within the hair industry. We are currently looking for a new apprentice (protégé) to join our team at Studio Fontana, a renowned downtown Toronto salon known for innovation, creativity, and excellence in the beauty industry.**

**You’ll have the rare opportunity to apprentice under Krysten-Ashley Garrod, an award-winning blonde specialist, extension artist, and Artistic Director at Studio Fontana — while also working alongside Francesco Fontana, internationally recognized stylist and former TV personality from the hit show Style by Jury.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and attend to clients before, during, and after their appointments, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Cleanse and sanitize tools, workstations, and shared spaces to uphold salon hygiene standards
- Support fellow stylists by preparing materials, setting up equipment, and assisting as needed
- Maintain salon cleanliness through ongoing cleaning and upkeep throughout the day
- Perform various opening and closing duties to ensure the salon is ready for operation each day

- Hands-on training in advanced blonding, corrective color, and luxury extension services
- Education in client consultation, color theory, and personalized service techniques
- Participation in photo shoots and opportunities to build your professional portfolio
- Guidance in growing a loyal client base and maintaining long-term relationships
- Social media training for behind-the-chair content creation
- Monthly education modules aligned with Ontario apprenticeship standards
- Mentorship in salon professionalism, branding, and modern artistry

- A recent or soon-to-be graduate from a hairstyling program
- Passionate about blonding, coloring, and luxury hair services
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to build a career in a high-end, mentorship-driven salon
- Creative, professional, and committed to continuous growth
- Ready to be mentored by top industry professionals

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Apprenticeship
