**Twin Hills Ford Lincoln LTD** is looking for a Body Shop Prepper & Painter to join our team. This position will involve supporting the Body Repair Program in all aspects.

**Area of Work Experience &** **Specific Skills**
- Prepping, masking grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired
- Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed
- Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
- Mix paint, blend and match colors

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**
- Fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in a body shop setting
- Up to date on current paint technology.
- 410N License is an asset
- High standards of finished quality.
- Willing to work with minimum supervision.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Previous Experience would be an Asset
- Valid Driver’s License with Clean Abstract

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
