Contents Mover

This role is responsible for carefully loading the damaged items from affected homes and transport them to our processing warehouse. Once our processing technicians restore the items and our reconstruction team rebuilds the client’s home, you will deliver the belongings back to the client’s home. You get to enjoy the smiles on the client’s faces

Wages between $20-23/hour, depending on experience.

What you'll be doing as a Mover
- Helping people recover their homes from flood, fire, and smoke damage
- Loading and unloading furniture and boxes from truck and into the warehouse or people
- Work with a positive and motivated team
- Staying physically fit in an active job

You have
- The physical ability to bend, reach, lift 50lbs safely and repeatedly and stand throughout your shift
- Excellent customer service skills
- A great attitude and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and serve our customers - we have a fun and hard-working team and are looking for someone with the skills to compliment them
- The ability to wear PPE (this may include gloves, respirators, goggles, hard hats and Tyvek suits)
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to attend on call sites is a must (mileage is reimbursed)
- A clean criminal record is required

Where

Coquitlam, BC with travel throughout the Lower Mainland (mileage reimbursed at $0.61c/km). Job sites are mostly indoors.

When

Typical hours are 7:30am-4:00pm. Rotating on-call schedule to attend after hour emergencies, which means good overtime hours and pay for our team.

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
