Halifax, Canada Homer and Son Renovations Full time

We are adding to our well established crew. We are a busy crew with a wide range of jobs to do. We keep busy year round.

Apprentice ship may be possible for the right person.

We have a shared new tool expense program.

We work 8 to 4 Monday to Friday and occasionally overtime. You must be willing to learn new skills, work efficiently with high standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various construction tasks such as restoration, framing, windows, siding, flooring, caulking, concrete finishing, and trim carpentry. Indoors and Out.
- Collaborate with the crew to complete projects within specified timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

**Skills**:

- Minimum 3 **years **of full time renovation working experience.
- You must be able to put on your tool belt and get started on day 1. You will be trained and taught new skills but you MUST have some experience. NOT looking for a labourer.
- **Tool belt with your basic hand tools and a reliable vehicle are required**. Taking the bus does not work.
- Experience in construction-related tasks. Experience in at least a few areas of residential renovations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
