Grill Server

**Job Title: Grill Server (including Cross Roads snack shack & Beverage Cart Duties)**

Are you a friendly, outgoing individual with a passion for great service and the outdoors? Join our team as a **Grill Server**, with additional responsibilities on our Cross Roads and Beverage Carts Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the golf course while providing exceptional service to our guests.

You’ll be responsible for serving food and beverages to players on the course, managing the grill, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable experience. Whether you’re serving up delicious meals or bringing refreshing drinks to players, you’ll be an essential part of making their day at the course memorable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take orders and serve food and beverages to golfers on the course and at the grill.
- Operate the grill and other food service equipment as needed.
- Deliver food and beverages via the Cross Roads and Beverage Carts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Ensure all guest needs are attended to in a timely and friendly manner.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining the cart throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and process payments, when applicable.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Must be **19+ years old**.
- **Serving It Right** certification.
- **Food Safe** certification.
- Must have reliable **transportation** to and from work (we are not on a transit route).
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and interact with diverse groups of people.
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Lift up to 50lbs
