Communications & Engagement Lead

We have an exciting opportunity available in the Commercial Learning and Development team for a Communications & Engagement Lead. We are seeking an individual that are passionate about improving communication within Commercial Insurance influencing our culture and transforming the way we engage as a team.
You will enjoy liaising with a wide range of colleagues to communicate everything Commercial Insurance and will be responsible for leading the transformation in how, what and when we share information with the front line, ensuring effective, efficient, and consistent delivery.

What your workday could look like:
- Create monthly huddle packs for Commercial Insurance liaising with different business units
- Maintenance of the MS team channels for Commercial - All People/All Leader liaising with multiple business leads
- Working closely with the internal Communications team supporting Commercial initiatives
- Manage translation requests for all Commercial Insurance, working closely with the internal translation team to determine scheduling and negotiating deadlines
- Upload content to UnderRight 2.0/Aviva Partner while following our guidelines to ensure documents are easy to find
- Support scheduling sessions and other L&D presentations (Scorecards, L&D Calendar etc.)
- Collect data on the engagement of the front line
What we are looking for:
- A few years of experience in a Communications role
- Commercial insurance related experience would be considered a solid asset
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience of working with diverse, cross functional teams
- Exceptional attention to detail including well-developed analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Technically savvy; enjoys learning / and figuring it out
- Experience of formatting Microsoft documents (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of personal credibility
- Experience working through complex and difficult issues
