We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the pharmacy staff in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include assisting with medication preparation, inventory management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to patient well-being.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and assist in stock management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards, including safety protocols.
- Support the administration of medications under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Organize and maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hospital or pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial for effective communication.
- Experience in patient care or medication administration is a plus.
- A background as a pharmacy technician is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Fillware Knowledge is essential
