**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As the Food Services Supervisor reporting to the Food Services Manager, your role is essential in supporting the food services operations within the hospital. GBGH provides meals to patients, staff, and visitors, and you will assist in managing the daily operations of the food services department. This includes ensuring the provision of nutritious, safe, and high-quality food services while adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies, maintaining a commitment to enhancing the patient experience. Your leadership will support a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering a culture of excellence in food preparation and delivery.

In your role as the Food Services Supervisor, you will oversee the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals, assist in managing the food services staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will support menu planning, inventory management, and cost control. Building positive relationships within the department and across the organization is crucial, facilitating collaboration and driving continuous improvement in food services.

- $42.13 to $45.61 per hour. You will receive an additional 14% in lieu of benefits (or 10% if eligible to enroll in HOOPP) and 6% vacation.
- Eligible for up to 2% of base salary as pay for performance
