About the Role
As an F45 Coach, you will lead dynamic group workouts, motivate members, and deliver a high-energy, world-class experience. You will provide exercise demonstrations, ensure correct technique, and foster a supportive, positive environment.
What We’re Looking For
Current AED & First Aid certification
Certified in Group Fitness or Personal Training
Prior experience delivering group fitness training
Resident of Kingston, ON
High-energy personality with a motivating coaching style
Clear, confident communicator
Firm understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns, and exercise science
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
What You’ll Do
Coach and motivate members through daily F45 workouts.
Provide exercise demonstrations with proper technique and progressions/regressions.
Support members with clear communication and encouragement.
Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness and equipment.
Help build a community-focused culture within the studio.

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
