1to1 Rehab is an accredited niche therapy service provider known for our strength in Speech-Language Pathology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Nutritional services. 1to1’s team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Registered Dietitians, and Therapy Assistants provide services in homes, long-term care facilities, and schools in the Greater Toronto Area to clients of all ages.

Caseload Area:
1to1 is recruiting part-time/casual Physiotherapy Assistant for adult caseload under secure Ministry funding. Physiotherapy is offered in homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement various treatment plans under the supervision of the Physiotherapist using best practice guidelines and clinical expertise
- Actively engaging in client/family instruction to address client-centered goals
- Documentation (SOAP notes) of treatments and client progress after each session.
Key Qualifications
- Must be a graduate and hold a Certificate from an approved PTA/OTA Program from a Canadian College or Accredited Institute
- Preferred 1 year of experience working as a PTA with clients with complex injuries/diagnoses
- General knowledge of mobility aids and assistive equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills
- Have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Proof of professional liability insurance
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
