This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is detail oriented, loves real estate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands both the client-facing and behind-the-scenes aspects of the real estate business.

**Compensation**:
$35,000 - $50,000 per year + Bonus & Commissions

**Responsibilities**:
**Buyer’s Agent Responsibilities**:

- Work with buyers to understand their needs, schedule showings, and help them find the right home
- Attend buyer visits & home inspections
- Assist clients through every stage of the buying process, from offer to closing
- Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs)
- Negotiate on behalf of buyers to secure the best price and terms
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and referral sources

**Licensed Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Support the Broker of Record with client communications, contract preparation, and transaction management
- Manage CRM updates, scheduling, and administrative tasks to keep buyers & transactions running smoothly
- Assist in hosting open houses and client appreciation events

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- G level driver's licence & access to a vehicle is required for this job
- Proficiency in real estate software (REALM, BrokerBay, Webforms, etc)
- Knowledge of Follow Up Boss & G-suite programs considered an asset
